Asking for help can be be really hard and I am glad you found your way to my website. Most of us did not grow up with therapy as an option.  In our busy lives it is not always easy to carve out time for ourselves and it can be even more difficult to know when the issue or concern we have requires professional help.

Specializing in difficult life transitions, grief, self-esteem, and achieving balance, I work with clients to identify recurring patterns of negative thinking and behavior.  I want to help you to take off your mask and to live authentically. My mission is to provide you with a safe space to process challenges and prioritize wellness. Together, we will develop healthy coping mechanisms and a way to progress and thrive.

Throughout my career as a therapist, I have worked with clients dealing with various issues.  I am a New York State licensed and credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor, as well as a licensed clinical social worker specializing in psychotherapy. I want to help you transform your life and achieve your greatest potential.

Feel free to fill out the form on headway.co to schedule an appointment to determine how soon we may begin working together.
